Master the skills that will keep you calm in open water. This course is based upon the Ironman Series book , Fearless Swimming for Triathletes and is taught by the author, Ingrid Loos Miller. Participants will get plenty of attention learning to manage the mass start, panic, dizziness, navigation,cold water,murky water, equipment, sighting, drafting, and how to calm your body and mind. This is a gentle introduction to open water swimming.
